Ukrainian legislation classifies jewelry as non-returnable and non-exchangeable goods.

According to Ukrainian legislation (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 "On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994), jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is possible to exchange one piece of jewelry for another.

If for any reason the purchased item does not fit or a manufacturing defect is found, you can exchange it for another within 7 days after purchase.

To make an exchange, the jewelry must be of good quality.

In case of exchange of a damaged product, an examination is carried out to identify the reasons why the breakdown may have occurred.

The warranty is not valid if the jewelry was damaged due to:

- improper use;
- external factors;
and was repaired by yourself or another jeweler.

CHADEM uses different carriers for the delivery of its of its goods and, despite the care taken in packaging, unforeseen circumstances may occur during transportation. Please carefully inspect and test the product upon receipt and if any upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any damage.
